Our story
Lawyer Alberto Venezia, after more than 16 years of collaboration with the Baldi law firm in Milan, already specialized in distribution networks, founded his own firm in Milan in 2006. In a short time it established itself as one of the most important points of reference in Italy for agency, sales concession, franchising and distribution networks, in all sectors of economic, production, insurance, banking and financial activity, gaining the trust of multinational and national companies of all sizes.
